is my milk supply running low?
i think hor my milk supply is running low liao...wat the reason har? is it due to lack of sleep?? or no more papaya soup?? hmm...i think i must pump in the middle of nite too..last nite i tried lo...after feeding bredon ard 1am, i sit down and pump, got 2 bottles...hmm den i try to pump again @ 7am! another 2 bottles...i saved on my breast pad leh...kekekeke but i dun hv enough slp wor...haiz must drink more chicken essence!
today bring bredon go polyclinic...at first only thought of checking his jaundice level nia, who kn i told doc that he still no take Hep B jab yet, den she say take today also lor...saved another trip! wow too shocked sia...den poor bredon kana two pain today leh, cry twice! *ouch*

haha, poor bredon...
mummy, drink more soups & fluids.. and take fenugreek to stimulate milk supply..
Alternatively, try again and see if bredon willing to latch on boh.. his suckling will stimulate milk to flow well again!
